mistake on applicant form
 
aoa all,,,
I wants to ask that I done a blindly mistake in writing my name as per metric certificate,, as I mentioned my husband's name instead of Father's, on fpsc login,, the same is now showing on the form,, :(
no editing option is there to change the name ,,all other options can be edited but name is not editing,,,, what to do now,,, tell me ASAP plzzzzzzzzzzzz

Make correction with pen in hard copy of the form before snding it to fpsc and mention reason of mistake as well in your form , fpsc will correct your name

Don’t forget to attach a request letter, with the applicant form, having subject CORRECTION OF NAME or something like that.

This should clearly highlight the correction/overwriting or whatever amendment you did on your applicant form.

should I write this letter by myself or write on MS word and then takeout the print form,, what would be better,,, ?

Printed one will be net and clean and, obviously, will have a good impression as well.

Anyway, handwritten one will also serve the same purpose. Its up to you to decide which way you feel comfortable and have easy access to them.
