Question Does the education background matter?
Fellow aspirants,

If one clears the CSS examination, will his education background matter for recruitment or not? For instance, If two candidates clear the exam, The candidate with 14 years of education get better marks than the one with 16 year of education. Will the checker give preference to the one with 16 years of higher education or fourteen?

No this is not an issue,If you have passed the written exam and cleared the interview then it doesnt matter

It's not like a PU exam where degree's marks matter or you're being interviewed for the private sector job where your degree is going to be weighed. It's a competitive exam where your performance in the written and interview test is noticed. So one can get through this exam by putting right amount of effort into preparation while considering one's own aptitude and with right/smart/clever strategy.
