Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)

I want to know is it worthy to apply for Assistant Private Secretary jobs in any of the departments announced from FPSC side. I'm asking generally and not taking any federal department into consideration. Secondly, hardly only 1 or 2 seats are announced from each provinces which further lessens the likelihood of being selected.
Kindly share your views regarding the mentioned post.

Dear good job 16 grade. In todays time getting govt job is tuff more supply and less seat. They go up to till 18 grade or hardly 19 with time. It need shortand and typing test. But practically shorthand is not that much involved in govt departments.

I think the said post doesn't suit a 16 years education student . He can get more good opportunities from other government posts

It's not about years of education. When you're studying master or above high level degrees, you desire of achievements should be broader. Less than 16 Grade jobs should call for eligibility of 2 years graduation, not more than that.

its not like that. even i have seen masters doing UDC and LDC's in govt departments. its because we are producing more graduates then number of jobs.
