Optional Subjects for MBBS students

Hello everyone.
I am medical student, planning to start preparing for my CSS. I have chosen these Zoology, International Relations and US history. These are 400 marks subjects. Am a bit confused between (International Law and philosophy) and one language I have to choose.
Kindly guide me between these 2 choices.
Senior doctors who are done with CSS are really needed here for help

Not a dr. In my humble opinion go for International Law, the course overlaps with IR.

Go for International Law and for Punjabi, if you can speak Punjabi, it's a scoring subject.
