what is the cut off date for 2018 css examination, as i'll be 27 years and 10 months old upto 31 dec 2017..

and when i have to apply for css 2018.

cut off date will be 31st of December 2017. So no worries :)
just concentrate on your preparation. I am also going to appear for 2018 INSHA ALLAH
