Default Dual Degrees & NOC Rules
Please some one explain University NOC purposes and rules.

I have graduation, master and MPhil from Punjab University. Now I am thinking to do one degree from Punjab university and other degree from Quaid e Azam university. If I get NOC from Punjab university for Quaid e Azam university then can I appear in Punjab university examinations?
