You should start from basic English. At this stage improve your vocabulary and expression. Don't go direct to precis and essay.
1. Start from reading Dawn and give it priority over breakfast.
2. editorial and opinion page.
3. First page.
4. International page.
5. Consult a good English teacher.

6. Consult Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary and instead of memorising only the meaning of a word, you must master all posible uses of that word in the form of sentences.
