If I don't appear in any paper, attempt counted or not

I applied for CE-17 but now I am not feeling that my preparation is not up-to-mark. I wasnt in rejected list so I will receive roll no slip. If I don't appear in any paper will my attempt be counted?

if you do not attempt any paper .it wont be counted ..but if you attempt even a single paper ..your attempt will be considered .
But do consider your final word....there wont be ideal situations and perfect studies in your next attempt either .because there is always room for improvement .
Good luck.

Thanks for saying what you did. It induced me to think about my decision a little, and I have now decided to sit in exams not letting the fear of failure overcome me.

one should attempt after good preparation. remember attempt is very precious. do not loose it in trials. you can check your preparation level by attempting mock papers.
