Lightbulb Cluster based Css Exam
as it was aired in Kamran khan's show on Duniya news that there will be a cluster base (specialised groups) exams policy in under consideration, is it implemented for CE-2018???

Most probably cluster based system along with sixteen years of education requirement will implement simultaneously and declare by August, 2017.

I am of the opinion that neither sixteen years of education nor cluster based exams policy will be implemented. FPSC had already brought reforms recently in 2016. And now its gonna take a decade to implement something new.
