Default When should we think about going for CCS?

So i am doing BSIT and I want to do CSS later, so tell me when I know that I am ready for that? How much skills you should have?

Just go through past papers of 5-10 years, that will give you pretty much good idea about where you stand.
No one can tell you how much skills you need, without knowing your background knowledge. Only you can understand this by going through the syllabus of this year, maybe?
