how to get a domicile certificate

I have to apply for a job and they are asking for domicile copy and a domicile certificate. What is the difference between them. And how to and from where I can get a domicile certificate. If anyone know please reply soon

Your concern DC office will issue you domicile certificate.
Domicile copy is basically a photocopy of your original domicile.

I dont know where I should post my query so sorry for that . But tell me if they are asking for original domicile and a copy? I have domicile. But they have asked for
1. Domicile certificate
2. Copy of domicile
Its confusing
