1. Consult Mian Shafiq's book
2. Crash Course on YouTube
3. Other sources on internet.

Mian Shafique's book. Use it only for general science part but still it is not enough for that part. Read from book and add more relevant points from internet on book.
For Ability portion this book does not help much. Moderator MrArsalankhan has posted a very useful link for General Science & ability portion. A lot of helping material is provided by him. Prepare from that thread.
Rest solve past papers of at least 10 years specially topics related to new syllabus.
