Equivalence certificate

I have passed fpsc lecturer test. They demanded for equivalence certificate. I made that certificate from department and send it to them as i have less time to apply in HEC and send that certificate to fpsc. I want to ask will they accept my equivalence certificate from Department of university? I have also applied in HEC for equivalence certificate but i didn't attach the recipt of that application form with documents.

Equivalence certificate issued by only HEC is acceptable to any department. The certificate issued by university has no value, so you have to try to get it from HEC.
