Default CSS vs Punjab PMS
Assalamo Alaikum

apologies if this is the wrong forum but I am looking for some insight into CSS vs Punjab PMS service. The last fruitful discussion of this nature on this forum was about 6 years back. Since then many threads have come and gone, how about sharing some actual insight dear seniors?

specially in terms of:

- slow promotion of PMS vs CSS
- choice posting of CSS vs PMS
- no/reduced perks of PMS serving in same capacity vs CSS, etc.
