I'm just a beginner !! Want to know if Urdu 200, Chemistry 200 n indo-pak history 200 would be a fine combination? Kindly guide me in that context !! Also how much time does it take to get one's self fully prepared?

I don't think that's a very good combination. Languages except Punjabi are not scoring. I don't think chemistry is scoring subject. Lastly, Indo-Pak history is scoring subject but its of 100 marks only..

I'm a doctor by profession !! Which combination should I go for? N can I prepare till February if I start with the prep by the end of this month?

From which college did you graduate? And presently which city are you in? It is better to get guidance on a one-to-one basis. If you're from KE, contact Samman Abbas (2016 qualifier) or Mujtaba Arfat Bharwana (2015 qualifier). If you're from some other medical college, I can come up with relevant names.

International relations.
Environmental science.
One subject from either group 3 or 6.
History of India and Pakistan.
Psychology.

Environmental science and psychology are both scientific in nature so it would suit your background and they both are high scoring. Indo-Pak history was in your original selection, so you can go with it. According to new grouping, Indo-Pak is of 100 marks. IR is helpful for plenty of subjects so unless someone can opt accounting and auditing or political science, IR is must. IR is more helpful than pol science so I think it would be better to opt it.

Rest is upto you if you want to consult professional people, that's a good option.

Default Impact of optionals on the occupational groups
Hello there!

Does the selection of subjects affect the priority in occupational groups?
What occupational groups may i prioritize if I opt for the following:
1. Muslim Law (100)
2. Arabic (100)
3. English Literature (100)
4. Islamic History (100)
5. Political Science (200) [or IR (200), I'm a bit paranoid]
