My father's name in my all educational documents is "Qazi Muhammad Azeem" but in my father's i.d name is only "Muhammad Azeem" and I HV submitted online application in which I wrote "Muhammad Azeem" would it create any problem??

They will go with what is written on your matric certificate. Nothing to worry about.

If you are asking about the dimensions, a passport size photo should be good.

As for the size, less than 30kb as the form says.

I filled in the form and sent it in hard copy form along with all the required documents. But I stupidly forgot to check one of the boxes at the end "YES" which confirms that I've attached my treasury receipt (which I DID). Has that ever happened to anyone? What do I do? I have already sent everything. Everything else was perfect.

hello every one I want to ask a question. I have made a mistake in the online application form. The section in which parents particulars are required I have only written about my father ..
is it necessary to write about both of them??
Is It wrong or create problems?

It says in the guidelines:

Any correction in the printed hard copy of online form, may be made by hand and initialed, before despatch/submission to FPSC.

So you can add the details by hand and sign it. Unless you have already sent the application in which case I do not know.

Dear the last line of check list makes you to confirm not about treasury receipt but about your signatures on 1st and 6th page , absence of which leads to rejection of the candidature , and if you had put your signature on 1st and 6th page then don't be worry about check list , as it is mandatory the check list and time and instructions are for reminder

A.O.A. Dear!
I am applying for CSS, but I have one problem that is "during the registration process when education stage comes, there is option to add dates of all degrees (when its started & when its ended) and my problem is that I don't know starting dates of my degrees and without adding those dates registration process is not going next, so what I do, plz help me, Allah bless you.
