Mistake in CSS application (hard copy)

Hello! I just mailed the hard copy of my application along with the documents to the FPSC. However, I just realized that there was a box which I didn't mark with a "YES" (in the documents check list within the application form) because I was waiting to get a hold of that specific document. The thing is that when I did receive it and add it to my application documents, I forgot to mark "YES" in the application form (to confirm that it has been attached). So even though my application is "complete" in every way, that box remained unmarked. I don't know what to do? How do I fix it? Obviously, I can't submit everything again because I sent my original FPSC treasury receipt with the hard copy. What do you guys suggest?

Fret not. Its alright. If you cant get over your anxiety still, call FPSC and they'll tell you the same.

A.O.A. Dear!
I am applying for CSS, but I have one problem that is "during the registration process when education stage comes, there is option to add dates of all degrees (when its started & when its ended) and my problem is that I don't know starting dates of my degrees and without adding those dates registration process is not going next, so what I do, plz help me, Allah bless you.

I think you should use approximation. It's not important to be 100% correct when it comes to these dates. Think about the starting date of your semester and the ending date. Just pick one which is close to the actual one (of course semesters don't begin on the same day every year, perhaps due to certain contingencies).

And what if someone has written the degrees in descending order , but they have asked to write the most recent one first.
And can someone make an amendment in the hard copy ?

I think it means you have to number each extra document that you attach. The form ends on page number 7. The first copy should be numbered page number 8 and so on. So if you have attached 5 extra documents, they should be numbered 8,9,10,11 and 12.

I wouldn't worry much because you still have provided all the information. if you want you can make a new table with hand. Or just add a column to the current table for the right order.

My siblings table is also not showing in the right order even though i have done it right in the online form.
