I want to ask whether they will accept forms if a result of a paper, single paper, is not declared at the time of submission of forms.Although i will produce it before the cutt off date.Reply must and give me suggestions if any.Thanks!

Your result must be declared before 31st of Dec 2017, otherwise your forms will be rejected, even if a single paper's result is remaining that means your degree is not completed yet. So better get your result before 31st Dec 2017.
