What does CSS Answer Sheet look like?

What does the answer sheet for CSS exams look like?

Are we given blank A4 papers?

Or are they like the english sheets we used to call 'tang linon wala dasta'? If yes, is the quality of the paper better than the average register available in the market?

Is it in the form of a booklet or loose sheets?
