Kindly someone answer these questions

1-There is no mention of the posts on the notice on spsc website. Which posts are to be applied for?
2- when will the screening test be conducted in 2018 or 2019 and exams??

3-And what about those who failed the screening test 2018. Do we have now only 2 attempts remaining if we have failed the screening test 2018???

We just have to apply now. Commission will later decide the posts and number of seats. Being a CCE-19, obviously, screening test would be conducted in 2019 may be in January or February.
I think you should once again read advertisement where it's clearly written that CCE-19 will be considered as first attempt.
