Preparing for CSS Now.

Senior members, kindly help.As the time is shrinking for the upcoming css2019 exam, can one prepare for it now having a a general command over current domestic/international happenings plus English grammar and expression..?I am aware of the fact that it depends solely upon a candidate’s will and hardwork, but some advice from serving CSPs or qualified candidates who have gone through similar experience would help alot..Regards.

One should have good command over the English Language and one should be possessed with the relevant knowledge regarding the topic on which one is penning down the essay. If one starts from some crammed lines and after the first para one's own language comes which doesn't resemble with the crammed one , one gets exposed and the examiner may take that negative. That's why even if one has to borrow certain crammed ideas, it is important that one states those idea in one's own language.

Thanks for your advice. I'm also interested to opt CS but I'm a little bit afraid of taking it if I wouldn't find it friendly later.. Can you please tell which books are you using for preparation?
