Question Need some suggestions/Tips for preparation.

Hi to you'll. I'm an old user of this forum & visit it on daily basis. I read all relevant queries & note down important things. I really owe to this forum. Actually I'm preparing for CE-2019. It would be my last attempt, well due to the lack of preparation or bad luck or whatever you say my previous attempts of css/pms were not fruitful. But I didn't give up & start my preparation again with new enthusiasm, because I wana avail my last chance & want to crack the exams this time. So far I have read my whole syllabus twice. I Keep myself update with daily happenings. Now I'm gonna start making notes but again I'm stuck don't know how to take a start of making notes & memorise things. Secondly I'm facing some hardships in English composition & GS's maths portion that how to prepare all questions of English & how to prepare for maths. Because I didn't take maths after my matriculation & honestly speaking I have forgotten all. Maths is not my cup of tea, I'm extremely weak in maths so don't know how to prepare for Ability portion but I'm very good in GS portion. And another big problem which faced by many aspirants (how to stay motivated). yeah same here, as I mentioned it would be my last attempt. I'm doing self study, I didn't join any institute so most of the time its difficult for me to stay motivated & focused on my work because often I feel myself demotivated. This time I wana pass the exam. I have a stamina to work hard & I'm very good in reading. I know that I can. But demotivation & procrastination are the hurdles in my way.
I request you Please give me some suggestions or tips for the above mentioned queries. I shall be grateful to you.

Well as well as the motivation is concerned , what my experience has been, it comes from within. And remember , the best thing which motivates is , your progress. If you set a target of completing the preparation of a subject in a stipulated period and you chive it, your motivation level gets sky high . and this motivation would also be genuine. However, on the other hand if you are dependent on some external motivation that would neither be genuine , but also would not be available all the time you needed that. However, there may be some person with whom you may share your progress and you may get motivation. Still i stick to my opinion that progress is the real motivation. I had appeared in my first css just for the sake of trying . However, when i qualified all the subjects with good scores except for only Islamiat and I had scored 71 marks in precise and composition , my morale and level of motivation for the next attempt knew no bounds. And no wonder , i qualified the next CSS Examination.

Secondly, as well as the basic math is concerned, that may also be prepared by one's own self. The basic math has been explained on Dogar's GAT General book as well as on Mian Shafique's book. You may use your brain and prepare that. Even if that portion remains somewhat weaker, you can compensate by preparing rest of GS more efficiently and scoring better in that .

This paper consists of 9 questions . And all of them need to be prepared separately. If one is a css aspirant and has already taken an attempt , more then half of his questions are already prepared. For the remaining like Translation and Letter writing etc one need to work accordingly. I am unable to comprehend what technique or tricks you are talking about
