25th and 30th Amendment

What is the difference between these two amendments? I read that both were passed to merge FATA region with KP. Is it so? It cannot be. What is the difference?

FATA-KP merger bill was tabled as 31st Constitutional amendment bill and after successful passage by NA, Senate, KP assembly and Presidential assent, it was named 25th Amendment. Because not every amendment tabled has been passed

So any next amendment tabled will be 32nd amendment and IF passed by NA & Senate and assented to by President, it will become 26th Constitutional amendment
