How to refer facts and quotes in the answer sheet?

Hello all,

I've been looking for the format/style of writing references in the answer sheet of any CSS Exam.
Am I supposed to put the heading of reference after quoting a fact and then refer it? What if the fact is being used in a paragraph?

No !You dont need to give heading of refrence . You can just quote it with different pen or marker.

If the fact is used in paragraph then just highlight the fact with different color pen or marker.
