Attestation after Equivalency?

AA. I have an international degree that requires an [B]equivalency[/B] by HEC in order to be eligible to sit in the CSS Exam. I am confused if I need to get the Equivalency certificate [B]Attested [/B] by the HEC as well?

Is the Equivalency certificate valid on its own or does it needs to be attested as well?
