Default Pre-Selected for AD MIS FBR

I am shortlisted for interview of Assisstant Director MIS FBR. They asked me to submit MS degree which I mentioned in bio dat form with result awaiting status becuase the course work and project 1 was completed just the project 2 submission is due which will be completed by the end of this year. I am confused that why they ask for MS degree as the he eligibility condition was BS 4 years computer science degree which I had already submitted.

I want to ask help if anyone face the same issue before.Wouldn't I get a n interview call If I won't submit the degree of MS ?

Alternate Nominees for AD MIS FBR Case NO 192/2018 has been published today. I have heard that there are lot of discrepancies in FPSC general recruitment process and it's difficult to select on merit. I am selected in alternate nominees which has been published due to non-joiners. I must admit process is slow and need to be improve but I am selected without any reference.

You posted in 2019 and are being selected in 2021. Bara intezaar karaya . Bohat mubarak ho bhai ko selection pay. Especially the part about no reference. It's people like you who give us hope.

Any tip or tricks you learnt from this experience? Any pointers or lessons you learnt??

Like PPSC fpsc does not send sms and email upon selection and final result come after two to three years so you need to mention the address and contact no which should not be change to get aware of the result.Due to this reason some candidates may couldn't be able to join because they are not aware of their selection.

As per recruitment process you need to go through all key concepts of computer science and go through previous past paper of similar post. You need to prepare all topic conceptually and practice relevant mcq from mcq books like dogar online site like sun foundary etc.
For interview you need to watch css mock up interviews of css toppers. It will help you how to give relevant answer and how t9 handle differently situation.Although FPSC general recruitment interviews difficult level far less than CSS but it helps.

Brother share your interview experience of AD MIS.
what type of questions were posed to you?
whether all the questions were asked related to computer science or questions related to current affairs or pakistan affairs were also asked?

interview duration was around 10 minutes. Mostly questions asked about my current employment and educational background. There were few question related to Web. How can performance of web application can be improve. One question related to Query and one was related to data analytics.
