Default World Times or KIPS?
I am a working doctor and want to appear in 2021 attempt. If anyone guide me which academy I should join?
I have heard a lot about World Times. They'll be starting new session from next week and KIPS is starting from today.

dont join any acdemy if you have enough money give some to needy one

Between the two, I think WT is better. However, if you are planning to take the 2021 attempt, it might be too early to join an academy now.

I guess you can join then for a few months. Just make sure to not pay the full fees in one go so that you have the option to discontinue if you wish.

Also since you have mentioned that you have no idea what lies ahead of you I will add some of my thoughts on CSS. Just remember that CSS is very unpredictable. A friend of mine scored 778 marks in 2016 (more than the topper’s marks of that year) but failed in essay. He was also a doctor who studied from KEMU. In his third attempt (2018) he managed to pass the essay as well but could not get allocated. This is not to discourage but to give you a better understanding of the nature of the journey that is CSS.
