FPSC office is in Red Zone?

can any one help me that either FPSC Isl office is with in red zone boundry or out of it.

courrear services are creating problems by saying that red zone area is out of service for us now adays .

Its in red zone. Use UMS service of Pakistan Post. I think they'll be able to deliver.
