My other problem is that English and maths both are tough subjects how can easily we can cover the syllabus for INSPECTOR ASF? Because if we glance the syllabus then we come to know that english vocabulaty is too wide how we can cover it ?

Things may look like difficult but it never means that they are impossible and you give up.
Please refrain from RATTA culture. In competitive exams such as CSS, PMS & PCS you should always focus on building your concept, not how much you memorize it. The reason is that with the passage of time you might forgot what once you have memorized but concept never vanished.
For vocabulary you should comprehend only that much words per day that you can keep in mind easily. It can be three or ten words/day.
If you start comprehending 10 words per day, within a month you will vocabulary of 30 x 10 = 300 words.
Hope this answer will help and guide you.
