parking,traffic jam issues at Punjab uni centers

seniors, please share you experience and dole out some advice regarding exam center issues. can a candidate take risk of driving his/car to reach center ( in context of traffic jam, parking issue)? Or cab/pick n drop would be better?
secondly,should we take our notes with us for 2nd paper ? do centers have any facility to keep our notes safe? any token system etc ?

it is at punjab university , examination hall M,K etc (wahdat road)

The traffic is really bad there. If you are coming from afar then leave atleast an hour or hour and 30 minutes early. The parking can also be an issue so it is better to have someone drive you there.

Secondly, there is no facility to keep notes but you can place them anywhere at your risk outside the major entrance.
