Default Query about CSS 2021 Preparation and Recent Reforms by the PM

Assalam o alaikum
Respectable members now-a-days I am preparing for CSS-2021. But I am confused because of recent reforms by PM Imran Khan.
Please clarify that will the pattern of CSS-2021 any different from previous papers? If so then please guide me how should I prepare?
Will there be any different rules regarding selection of optional subjects?
Also as an engineer can I apply for CSS 2021?

So far nothing has been made public or official about the css reforms
These queries and concerns can only be appropriately addressed once the official document(s) regarding new rules and regulations to be uploaded at fpsc's website

Similarly nothing concrete can be said / predicted about paper pattern until their is an official / public document regarding css reforms

Regards
