Default Can I continue my job??

Hello I am preparing for CSS 2022 and also I am a teacher so should I continue my job while preparing or do I have to leave everything for that?
P.S I have issues regarding public speaking so I want to overcome my anxiety which can't be done sitting at home for a year. It's very confusing since I can't figure out if I would be able to manage my time for my own studies or not

In economic pinch situations of today, it would be foolish to leave a job irrespective of your CSS aspiration. Just pace yourself, stick to a weekly schedule and have short/long term goals and CSS will be a breeze. Many people have cleared CSS with significantly difficult economic and social condition than yours.

If a mother of two hailing from an underdeveloped area can do it, then you can do it too. "Recently, hailing from Sanghar district of Sindh, Seep Jan Memon-Junejo was brought up by her mother. She received her early education from Tando Adam and got admission there in a reputable medical college. Owing to some social responsibilities, she could not continue her medical studies and got married in 2010. Unending quest of knowledge and passion to do something led her to continue her studies while being a mother of two children. After getting graduated in 2015 and doing Masters in International Relations in 2017, she aspired to appear in CSS exam. After four years of untiring efforts and struggle, she qualified CSS 2019 and got allocated to Office Management Group (OMG) group. This is a living example for all Sindhi women to struggle hard to achieve their dreams."

Completely agree with MonstarAshar. No point leaving a secure job for preparation.

Regarding the second point, working in an office environment will help you overcome this anxiety.

You've plenty of time till CE 2022. You can prepare it with your job. Plus, your job will supplement your preparation. If you start now, or have already started, acing CE-22 will be a piece of cake for you. Don't quit your job.
