AJ&K State Subject Holder vs Permanent Resident of Azad Kashmir
Asslam o alikum. Brothers, I need your kind authentic answer. I have an important querry to be resolved about Azad Jamu and Kashmir quota. I'm resident of Pakistan and have domicile of Sargodha. I hold " STATE SUBJECT OF AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR COUNCIL (CERTIFICATE
BASHINDA RIYASAT JAMMU & KASHMIR under Ordunance,1980) on basis of refugees, 1947 who migrated from Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) and settled in Pakistan. Can we apply on basis of Azad kashmir 2% quota? Does State subject and domicile sounds same??? please resolve my querry. I shall be thankful to you. I did E-mail at FPSC official website but didn't receive any answer yet. Thank you. |

Can we apply on basis of Azad kashmir 2% quota?
yes u can apply providing a certificate from Kashmir council Does State subject and domicile sounds same??? no both are different documents
