Default Relaxation on Application deadline (because one of my documents may take time )

Hi, I have a foreign BA Hons degree and for that I need Equivalence Certificate. As it is going to take 2 months or so for the certificate to be issued , can I ask for relaxation on the deadline for submission of application along with required documents ?Please let me know how . Or is there a way I can submit rest of my documents now and equivalence certificate later?I have tried contacting FPSC through email and number but they neither reply nor pick up the phone .Can someone please help me out with this? It's urgent with deadline coming up soon .
I couldn't find a thread related to my situation so I have posted it separated .If there is one please direct me to it .Thanks

I would recommend you write an application to the name secretary fpsc and explained your scenario regarding equalance, request for extension of time
send it via register pakistan post, they will definitely respond
Scenario, submit your degree without getting the equalnace,FPSC will defenitily
respond
