Default urgent, annex C certificate is to be produced before written?
hello, i want to ask about AJK domiciled people, while applying for CSS-2021 is it must to send annex-c certificate before written?

I have heard mixed answers like someone said that you need to submit it after written qualified some said you need to send it before written (at the time of applying for CSS). Can someone please guide me about this? because somehow its not possible as of now for me to go Islamabad for getting annex-c certificate, so is it really mandatory or can be sent once written qualified?

As per CE-2019 rules, it is mandatory to send 'Annex C' with the hard copy of the application form before deadline i.e; November 13, in your case. But sometimes they do accept it after the written examination but that is an absolute risk. So, to be on a safer side, you should send it with the hard copy of the application form.

Thank you, what i need to give them(minsitry of kashmir affairs) in order to get it signed by them?? I mean which documents i need to provide them so they will issue me annex-c.

One more question i need to send it's photocopy or original with CSS form?

You need to arrange the attested copies of the following documents in the same order to present before them:
1) CNIC
2) Annex-C
3) Front page of CE application
4) State Subject Certificate
5) Domicile Certificate
6) Permanent Residence Certificate

No original document is needed.

I have done my graduation from Comsats University,Lahore with 2.4 cgpa and done my intermediate with grace marks in one paper (Pass*) from Lahore Board.
Am i eligible for css??

thanks a lot, but annex-c certificate to be attested before presenting to them? i mean that will have nothing on it in start.

You will have to show them the attested copies of all your credentials mentioned above except Annex-C and front page of your application form. They will attest Annex-C themselves and return it back to you alongwith the front page of the application form which you can submit to FPSC. You may also be required to write an application, but that is not an issue as most of the aspirants write their applications there.
