Number of chances are per post or per departement
 

Hi, I am confused. Is the number of chances for a post per departement or per post. What I mean is let's say someone applied for the post of Assistant in the Labour Departement and didn't pass then he applied for the Assistant position again but in the Police Departement but still failed. So will these be counted as seperate 1 time in each departement or as 2 for the post and he is now left with only one chance to appear for the Assistant post.
