Requirment of ASP.

I need to know that for becoming a ASP, which subjects in CSS are the Best ones. I am doing BS(H) English Literature and Linguistics (6th Sems) from GCU. and my percentage ratio is 70-80%.
and Is it a good thing to earn a BA Degree from Punjab University, (as a Private student of course).

Hello its good to hear from a fellow ravian....

First of all there are no special requirements for becoming an ASP except those mentioned in the outline given by the fpsc they pertain to eye sight and height.one more that now days in order to become an ASP one needs to secure very good position ;).Regarding subjects its totally up to you.choose the subjects you are familiar with and can grasp them easily as one score's only in those subjects over which one has good grip.I know people who have become ASP'S with arts subjects like history, political science etc and others with science subjects like physics, chemistry etc.
if you are cpompleting your degree at gcu,why would you want to get a private B.A degree from PU.i think its of no use but if you have some troulble at gcu then obviously B.A from P.U is the only way out.
take care

I am 6'1

I m 6'1 but a lil bit skinny.

Is it a gud one for becoming an ASP after clearing the CSS?? AND as well as ma GC's degree concerns, some1 told me that It ads an aditional value to the position in CSS if you have a degree from PU.

it doesnt make any difference whether u have done ur BA as a private candidate or from a university as a regular candidate.... the thing that matters is ur marks in written part and interview....FPSC doesnt give u additional marks for any sort of degree...
