Default AIOU Degree Accepted? Provisional Certificate Accepted?

Does the FPSC accepts the graduation degree of Allama Iqbal Open University ( AIOU )?
Can a student from AIOU apply for CSS?

And what about provisional certificate from any other university?
I means, lets say a guy has just appeared in his final year exam.
You know, they take their time to issue proper degrees.
So, can he apply for CSS with the provisional certificates?
Or he will have to wait for the degree?

@ Thomas Anderson

Bachelors degree from any HEC recognized university is acceptable by FPSC.

You are eligible even if you are having your DMS.

Detailed Marks Sheet. Which allows a person to show that one has completed the degree. You can say the Transcript which shows your percentage/grade or marks etc.

Anything else bro.?

Thanks again Surmount.

But this means that DMS is different from provisional certificate. Right?
So what about provisional certificate? Is it accepted by CSS?

Not different that much. But PS is acceptable as well. Infect I meant to say that if one ain't got his even PS at the time, he can apply on the basis of DMS which requires less time. Rest of all, you can confirm from FPSC.
