Hi , i want to ask that does clearing a css exam entitile a person to a Bachelors with Honors degree????

Its not necessary to have hons degree, U just require to have graduation degree. thats it .that can be BA pass too.

aliz_khanz,

qualifying css does not entitle you to any degree.

there is however a proposal of awarding degrees, probably Masters in Public Administration, after two initial trainings.
