In my opinion develope the habit of doing discussions with your freinds and fellows. And remianed focused that you have to be logical and not emotional. When you will have in mind that you are doing these discussions with the purpose of learning and not for defeating someone , you will be more logical and less emotional. Besides this, during discussion you will learn how others stick with logic in stead of with emotionality. when the habit of being logical and realistic would come in your discussion , automatically your writing will also pick it.

Besides discussion with friends and fellows, you must try to overcome your problem at personal level by following steps:
(1)select any topic
(2)write down two different essays or paras; one consisting of emotional views or expression and other constitute reasons or logic
(3) make a blend/ amalgam of both in a balanced way.
This practice'll help you alot......just try it and if you find it helpful then practice once a week.
