Default One should go to academy or not?

Going through the comments on the subject above, i coudnt help giving my point of view as well!

Study, may it be for css or for other fields, depends on person's commitment and perseverance! Academies should not be blamed for personal shortcomings! It is upto candidates preparing for any exam to make most of the guidance of qualified ones!

Why then colleges, universities and other educational institutes are filled with students! Point is to understand the difference between the responsibilities of a teacher and an student! As you know one-sided efforts often fail...

No teacher can give you subject pills...he can show u the right way then its u who have to go on!

So putting all burden on academies doesnt sound good!
