@Rashidkhattak

National Library is the best Library,located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. You can get enough material for css there. Its best place.Moreover, you can visit Allama Iqbal open University Library, it contains lot of data on various subjects.

They allow common ppl? i have heard that they only give membership to those students who have college or university id card?

I dont know either they have any relaxation for css aspirants or not but if you can have any authority letter on behalf of your university or college then it may helpful for you to visit these libraries.

In National Library they just ask for your NIC. However they don't issue books, you can consult them there or can get any material photocopied. So in a way its better to look for any other library where you have or can have membership so can get books issued.
