W-Salam ,

If all of them go for hard work and fulfill all the requirements of exam then those who pass the exam must be lucky people. But in reality 20% do not appear, 30 - 40 % are not well prepared. Rest of the competition is among 30 or 40 % potential candidates. Those who pass the exam are lucky, hard worker and give such a performance which can satisfy the examiner. It is easy for those who have firm determination and tough for those are not committed to their cause.

CSS is really tough because of variety of subjects you have not only to pass but to excel. And remember dear that CSS is a full time job. Those who take it casual, it makes them fail.

No doubt CSS is tough but if you work hard, consistently then it is not as tough as it is known to be.
Nothing is impossible in this world so as CSS also.
