Overseas Pakistani can appear in css or pms exams?
 

AOA AND EID MUBARAK... dear fellows overseas pakistani can appear in css or pms exam and if yes,he or she will come to pakistan and take exam or from abroad they can take?

Yes,he or she can appear but only from Pakistan.
He or she must be citizen of Pakistan.
In simple words, a Pakistani holding foreign nationality can't appear if he who does not have Pakisani nationality.

Actually A freind of mine has to appear in CSS exam. He is courrently in London. He wishes to come Pakistan and appear in exam Dual nationality koi issue tu nai ?[/COLOR][/I][/B]

Agar unki origin Pakistani hay ,phir koi issue nahi. agar birth foreign country ki hay phir problem hoga.

Dual nationals holding Pakistani nationality and passport can appear in the exam, however in the case of successful attempt, he/she has to surrender the foreign nationality at the time of joining. But that's a long shot as exam is extremely uncertain.
Someone having first hand experience might be more helpful.
