With age relaxation claimed you have CE-16 and CE-17 at your disposal.

JazakAllah

Css 2017, cut off date will be 31.12.2016 and I would be over 30 of 6 days. Isn't it so?

By CE-17's cut-off date, you'll be 29 years 0 months 6 days old and with age relaxation claimed (age limit 30 years), you'll be eligible for CE-17, too, along with CE-16.

Here is your age through age-calculator till 31st Dec 2016.. http://www.calculator.net/age-calcul...F2016&x=80&y=9

JazakAllah

Exclamation Age deadline?

Hi all, my d.o.b is 4-2-1989. And my question is about annual deadline for considering age. Its 31st dec this year, is it the same every year or not? Because if this deadline remains same then I have 4 years from CE-2016 to
CE-2019 to take all 3 attempts(I am from Balochistan and 30 is the age). But if this deadline fluctuates and becomes something after feb 4 then I would lose a chance. Please tell me if I skip CE-2016, would I be losing a chance? Please its urgent

The age deadline remains same every year so you are not losing any chance. No need to worry and focus on your preparation.

Most of the aspirants post queries regarding whether they are eligible with respect to their ages or not.
Here is a simple arithmetic solution for them to know themselves.
If your d.o.b is 03-05-1987 and you want to appear for 2016 then simply subtract your d.o.b from
31-12-2015; the cut off date.
31-12-2015
03-05-1987=
28-07 -2 8
So your age would be 28 years, 07 months and 28 days which mean you are not eligible for CE-2016; if you couldn't clam age relaxation.
So, just know your exact age through it and see whether you are eligible or not and don't put it on others to calculate it for you.
