So in your case I guess you have resigned. If it so then claiming age relaxation won't be possible.

Please read this excerpt form CE-15 Rules..

(f) In Service Government Servants, Armed Forces Personnel, [B]Contract Employees,[/B] including the Government servants of AJ&K, who possess a minimum of two years continuous Government service as on 31st December, 2014, subject to submission of Departmental Permission Certificate (Annex-E) from the competent authority. Employees of Nationalised Banks, State Bank of Pakistan, WAPDA, Regulatory Authorities, Autonomous bodies and other semi autonomous bodies are not entitled to age relaxation.

Please investigate before answering queries. Contract based employees can also claim age relaxation provided that it is continuous service. By the term continuous it is meant that the candidate has not terminated his service by resigning from job.

However, for clearer understanding read this email reply from FPSC regarding age relaxation.

By CE-16's cut-off (31st Dec 2015) you'll be [B]21 years 1 months 13 days[/B] old and eligible for CSS as age limit is 21 to 28 years.

As far as I can infer from internet details, there is no more any Malakand Agency/Division anymore. There is now only Malakand District in KPK Province with right to vote and represented in Provincial Parliament through following seats,

PK-98 (Malakand-1) Sama Ranizai
PK-99 (Malakand-2) Swat Ranizai

So according to this information Malakand is no more in FATA nor PATA. So age limit for Malakand district would be 28 years according to the rules.

Such candidates must attach a certificate (Annex-B of Application Form) to be issued by Political Agent/ DCO/District Magistrate in support of their claim:—
