You will be eligible for CE-22(Feb 2022) but not for CE-23(overage). If your degree completes by September 2020 and if you want to apply after completing your degree then you will be able to apply only for CE-21 and CE-22.

Sorry, I didn't calculate your chances correctly. Till CE-23(CE-23 is included), you are eligible. It means, after completing your graduation before sep 2020, you will be able to appear for CE-21, CE-22, and CE-23.

Default age relaxarion

Dears
I have a technical question.
I want to claim age relaxation (DOB: 16-03-1988). I have already consumed an attempt in year 2013. I have two questions to ask.
1- Do the government employs who have worked in a government department for two years continuously but on contract basis, stand eligible to claim age relaxation? I did call FPSC help line and they told me that contract employees, despite of the fact that they worked in government department for more than two years continuously, cannot claim age relaxation. Only permanent employees can claim age relaxation if they served a government department for two years. I was in a bit doubt, so I repeated my question to the guy I had chance to speak, he answered me same. But I am of opinion that the guy on phone was himself little aware of rules about age relaxation. I think contract employees can claim age relaxation.
Can anybody make the situation clear, if the information comes from informed resources?
Second question is:
2-I have 3.5 years of work experience in Punjab Education Department on contract basis and now joined an autonomous body which is under administrative control of Home department , Government of The Punjab (It is continuous service without any break as I have been relieved from Education Department to join my new job). Do I stand eligible to claim age relaxation on basis of the my previous service in Education department despite of the fact that I am recently serving in an autonomous body?

Please let me know if you need other info to understand my point. thanks in advance.

1. Yes, Govt employees working on Contract basis in non-autonomous organization are eligible for claiming age relaxation.

Here is excerpt from CE-16 Rules.

(f) In Service Government Servants, Armed Forces
Personnel, Contract Employees, including the
Government servants of AJ&K, who possess a minimum
of two years continuous Government service as on 31st
December, 2015, subject to submission of Departmental
Permission Certificate (Annex-E) from the competent
authority. Employees of Nationalised Banks, State
Bank of Pakistan, WAPDA, Regulatory Authorities,
Autonomous bodies and other semi autonomous bodies
are not entitled to age relaxation

2. No, you are not eligible for claiming age relaxation, because you are currently working in an autonomous organization. No, matter your transition from non-autonomous to autonomous organization is without any gap. Your previous experience of non-autonomous organization will not be accepted as you are no more working in that organization, plus you are now an employee of an autonomous organization.

JazakAllah

Default domicile

Dears
I am posting the query in a bit different thread but it makes sense.
a person entered government service under city A (of Punjab) domicile in 2012. This is not recorded domicile, I mean it does not exit on record (fake).
In year 2014, he appeared in css exam by claiming domicile of city B (of Punjab). If he further wants to appear in up-coming exam, He/she has to submit departmental permission which asks to fill Province/area + domicile of first entry on NOC form. Would it be problematic?
Does FPSC verifies after selection/passing written exam? How to escape this situation? (Please put aside moral lectures). Thanks

Sorry dear there is no escaping this mishap. When you entered Government Service with City A domicile(fake one), and later when you appeared for CSS Exam you should have gone with City A domicile, it wouldn't have created any issue for you because you could have defended that you have a different domicile than that of your father because you have lived there for the past few years and your father owns some property there that's why you got that city's domicile. But you have used different domiciles for entering Government service, if it does affect allocation of seats(quota system) then it will definitely create a problem for you.

I have a question for you.

When you entered Govt service with city A domicile, was it through FPSC or PPSC ?

If it was FPSC, then your candidature in CSS will be rejected at any moment they find this out and it won't matter even if you are at allocation stage, your candidature will be rejected. This is because once you claim a domicile in FPSC exam(any recruitment exam or CE) it will be final and no change in it will be accepted.

However, if it was PPSC then there might be some relief, I would reiterate "might be" some relief as it is also entry to a Govt service and if they find it out and it affects allocation of seats through quota system then they will again reject your candidature.

P.S. This is all my understanding of FPSC Rules.

Asslamulaikum to all
I want to know about how to apply for "general age relaxation (which is 5 years for male applicants in a certain job) in upper limit". As far as I perceive it, there is no need to apply for this as every one is entitled to this relaxation. Am I right? if not please elaborate the procedure to apply. Currently I am working in an government organization and have 3.5 years of government service experience.
Thank you all for reading and commenting.
Have fun.

I have a situation for which I need you comments.
A person X has 3 years of Government job experience in department "A" + 4 months experience in Government owned autonomous body "B" + recently working in another Government owned department "C". (A & C are not autonomous/semi-autonomous but government departments). The service is throughout continuous. Does he stand eligible to claim age relaxation? thanks
