I have A+ grades in my 10th and 12th exams. But i am only confused because of this statement:
A candidate who has obtained a Third Division(or ‘D’ grade)

in his/her Bachelor’s Degree will be eligible for the Examination in

cases where he/she has obtained a higher Division in Master’s Degree.
If you have your Bachelors in 3rd Division then to be able to take CSS Exam you should have a higher degree(Masters) with higher divison(1st Division).

If you only have a Bachelors with 3rd Division, you are not eligible. You will be required to have a Masters degree with higher division for eligiblity criteria.

I have 2.85 cgpa which is 71% (first division). I am just asking that my D's in transcript affect my eligibility or not?

No. "D" in a single subject won't affect your eligibility. Your cumulative cgpa is considered not individual subject's cgpa.

CSS preparatory classes are being held in the University of Karachi. Is KU good and helpful? What are your views?

One of my acquaintance attended those classed but she says that doesn't worth a lot. If you are looking for essay and precis, try focus point, ma'am saima.

30 years.
32 years, in case you're a government employee with minimum 2 years of service or you belong to Balochistan, GB.
