No, age relaxation is for govt officers

Default Age Calculation Help Required
I have been told that the age relaxation extended to 30years is only for new comers. Like I have already given my first attempt in 2014 and I will be 29 in 2018, so I wont be able to attempt in coming exams. Is it right?

I've heard that 16 years of education is compulsory requirement to qualify for CSS 2018. Is it true?

By CE-19's cut-off (31st Dec 2018) you ill be 29 years 0 months 1 days old and it will be your last chance without claiming age relaxation.

So you have CE-18 and CE-19 at your disposal.

No it was proposed but has not been implemented yet. So its still 14 years of education.

Salam everyone , my question is pretty similar , my dob is 31.12.1989, am I left with only one attempt ?
I haven't attempted before yet
