As per current rules, you can only appear in css 2020

You can give 3 attempts in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
After that you cannot give attempt due to age limit

Yes,you can appear in both css2020 ad css2021
After that you cannot sit in examination due to age limit

Is I'm eligible for CSS 2021 Feb.
My date of birth is 04-May-1990. 29 years old .
Please guide me accordingly.

You are not eligible for css 2021 due to age limit
